POLICE are investigating after a young man was found dead in "suspicious" circumstances in Manchester. The man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was discovered collapsed in the city's Northern Quarter but was later pronounced dead in the early hours of the morning. The area where the body was discovered is regularly visited by police and paramedics to deal with the Spice epidemic gripping Manchester.
